Berlin, Germany - 19.11.2025 - Integral, the Berlin-based AI-enabled services company redefining accounting, taxation, and payroll for SMEs, today announced the acquisition of cleverlohn, a leading digital payroll and HR provider in Germany. The move expands Integral’s AI-driven offering and marks a significant milestone as part of its strategy to build Europe’s leading AI-first advisory firm in accounting, tax and payroll.

By combining Integral’s AI-driven capabilities with cleverlohn’s expertise, SMEs, partners and the ecosystem will gain access to a unified solution for accounting, taxation, and payroll. cleverlohn has built a strong reputation for effective payroll and HR solutions, helping businesses streamline processes and maintain compliance with Germany’s complex labor and tax regulations. cleverlohn will continue to operate as a standalone company and brand.
