What you need to know about our hiring process.
Our hiring process consists of four stages. Interviews are conducted fully remotely or partly in our Berlin office, depending on whether the role is remote or Berlin-based/hybrid. We like to move fast — when progressing through each stage, we estimate the full process takes around 2 weeks on average.
1. Meeting with our Talent Lead – a first get-to-know conversation
2. Meeting with the Hiring Manager – the lead responsible for the position
3. Meeting with the Team – get a feel for who you'd be working with
4. Meeting with the Founders– a final conversation to dive into the vision & mission we are working towards!
We like to move fast: as you progress through each stage, we estimate the full process taking around 2 weeks.
We have a dedicated onboarding team to make sure your first week runs smoothly — whether you're in Berlin or remote. From day one, you'll have all the tools and equipment you need, a clear overview of your first week, and a structured plan for your first month. You'll meet your team members early on and benefit from a process designed to help you hit the ground running.
We work in both English and German. Depending on the role, one or both languages may be required. Please check the job description directly for the language requirements of each position.
